Vegetarian Mushroom Flavored Sauce
I found this in the Sauces/Flavors aisle. The mushroom adds an earthy flavor that I usually prefer instead of sweet teriyaki or spicy panang. For an easy meal, I stir-fried snow peas, broccoli, and water chestnuts in this sauce and served the vegetables over brown rice. It was missing something. Next time I might add tofu cubes or seitan to add some heft and give the sauce something to stick to. This bottle will last a while, and I don't know if I'll buy another when it's empty.
